- Your habits and journal entries stay on your device unless you enable sync.

4. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. You can export or delete everything from Settings › Privacy at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data. Contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
